Kelly Jaedike

Coach, MRT facilitator, Motivational Interviewing

Kelly Jaedike built her career as a successful restaurant owner where she managed over 100 people and through her leadership was a top visited location for over 10 years. Kelly is a mother to three children, a Daughter, Wife, Friend, Sister and much more.

Because of some poor choices; this unfortunately led her into problems with the criminal justice system – resulting in a felony tax conviction. A federal judge sentenced Kelly to serve a 24-month prison term.

While serving her sentence and going through this journey, she saw first hand the lack of services for anyone who entered, served and was released from prison. Kelly realized that with the resources and support she was blessed to have, it became her mission to share those gifts to help break the cycle of recidivism, prepare and coach those going through a significant life change and minister to individuals who believe they have no purpose. Kelly realized that she and others enter prison unprepared for the experience, along with not knowing how to share the pending incarceration with family and friends. Kelly provides prison coaching services to those entering prison for the first time to help reduce anxiety, despair and create a plan to leverage their prison experience so they may travel their journey successfully.

Kelly is uniquely qualified to help coach you and your family as someone who has gone through a significant life change herself. While incarcerated, she completed the 500-hour Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) as a mentor and Senior Guide, which is a cognitive program to help you live a healthy and balanced life. Kelly has obtained her certification in MRT Moral Reconation Therapy®; which is a cognitive-behavioral approach that treats a wide range of issues including substance abuse, co-dependency, parenting, job skills and other issues. Kelly is additionally trained in Motivational Interviewing.

Kelly uses her personal life experiences to help coach those facing a significant life change through her extensive training, compassion, empathy and Faith.

Pamela Green, J.D.

Coach, MRT Facilitator, Motivational Interviewing

Pam Green had a successful family law practice for over 36 years, in which she advocated for her clients and coached them through the uncoupling process. She was also a mentor and coach to younger attorneys, and volunteered her time and expertise to individuals unable to pay for private attorneys. Some poor choices and actions led her to enter the criminal justice system, and in 2017 she was sentenced to serve one year and one day in federal prison.

It became clear to Pam while incarcerated that many of her fellow inmates lacked the necessary material and psychological resources to support them in their post-incarceration journey. Recognizing the lack of resources available within the prison system, It became Pam’s mission to help those leaving incarceration integrate more meaningfully back into society, and to do whatever she could to reduce the rate of recidivism.

Pam also realized that many individuals enter prison unprepared for the experience and/or lacking any plan on how to leverage their prison experience so they emerge better prepared to re-enter their communities. Pam now provides prison coaching services to those entering prison for the first time.

Pam also coaches individuals experiencing significant life change, such as professional licensure or discipline issues; divorce/uncoupling; career stagnation or involuntary career change; or loss of a partner or spouse.

Pam has received over 100 hours of professional life coach training from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is in the process of earning formal certification through the International Coach Federation. Pam has obtained her certification in MRT - Moral Reconation Therapy®, which is a cognitive-behavioral methodology treating a wide range of issues including criminal thinking, substance abuse, domestic violence, parenting, job skills and other issues. Pam is also trained in Motivational Interviewing.
